Returns

Returns & Exchanges

Rugged Royals will accept, for return or exchange, any item purchased from us. The item must be in new condition and returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Any jewelry that has been altered or worn is not eligible for return or exchange. The original receipt must accompany all returns. Any jewelry purchased on a credit card will be returned on the same card. Purchases by cash are not eligible for return. Refunds are not allowed on special order items, custom made items or sale items. Once the return is received, all items will be carefully examined and a full refund or store credit will be issued within 5-7 days. Please note that refund/store credit will be issued for value of merchandise returned only (shipping fees will not be credited).

In the rare event that you need to return merchandise due to defects, please contact us. Once received, we will examine the defected item and determine if the above criteria is met. If approved, we will ship out your replacement item within 10 business days at no additional charge

Special Orders
A special order constitutes any jewelry, gemstone, or gift item ordered or altered at the client's request. Special orders require a non-refundable deposit in the amount of 50%. These orders are not refundable or returnable.

Sale Items
All sale items are sold "As Is".

Jewelry Repair Guarantee
All jewelry repairs are guaranteed for 30 days excluding unreasonable wear or abuse. We recommend purchasing a warranty to cover jewelry item repair(s).
