    • Our warranty policy covers all of the jewelry purchased from Rugged Royals Jewelry. This warranty covers all error in material or artistry but does not cover neglect and abuse, nor natural wear and tear.

    • Returned items must be in original condition and not show any signs of wear or use. To request a refund or exchange, please e-mail support@rrjewelry.co. Include your first and last name, item name and reason for return. Once return is received, all items will be carefully examined and full refund or store credit will be issued within 5-7 days. Please note that refund/store credit will be issued for value of merchandise returned only (shipping fees will not be credited).

    • All custom orders are nonrefundable.

    • We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If you have more questions about returns, please contact us.

    • We cannot be held responsible for merchandise that has been worked on by another jeweler.

    If you need to return merchandise due to defects, please contact us. Once received, we will examine the defected item and determine if the above criteria is met. If approved, we will ship out your replacement item within 10 business days at no additional charge.

    Rugged Royals Jewelry reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above.

  • SNUG

    • wrap a soft measuring tape around your wrist. Be sure it isn’t too tight or too loose. Your result will be your wrist measurement.

    FITTED

    • add a half inch (.5 or 1/2”) to your original wrist measurement.

    LOOSE

    • add 3/4” or .75” to your original wrist measurement.
